Manager - Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installation supervisors and technicians to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality installation of elevators and escalators
• Uphold strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) protocols and conduct site audits
• Manage sub-contractors and ensure project cost control and variation order monitoring
• Engage with customers, builders, architects, and government authorities to address technical queries and build relationships
• Plan and schedule jobs, including manpower planning and monthly completion schedules
• Oversee material ordering and ensure accuracy of site requirements
• Monitor team performance through MIS, reporting, and structured reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in construction or field engineering
• Proven experience leading large teams, including engineers, technicians, and field partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the elevator, service industry, or HVAC sectors is preferred
