Manager, Construction Delay & Quantum

Responsibilities

• Support world-renowned experts in dispute resolution, litigation support, and expert witness testimony
• Perform loss of productivity analyses using industry-tested methodologies
• Evaluate methodologies for inefficiency claims and quantify increased man-hours and material quantities
• Analyze key aspects of loss of productivity, including schedule compression, stacking of trades, interferences, and changes
• Conduct advanced data research, management, and analysis to draft expert reports
• Manage project team workloads, tasks, budgets, and fee reports
• Lead the management, development, and training of team members
• Lead client meetings and organize client-related events

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Data Analytics, or Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years of experience in construction or data analytics
• Proven experience writing or contributing to expert reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets
• Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM) and construction cost management
• Familiarity with methodologies such as measured mile, industry factors, and modified total cost
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% (including international travel)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
