Manager Connection Planning

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and implement digital development and growth for the client
• Support key functions including Strategy, Media Planning, and Reporting
• Develop strategy and digital channel recommendations to ensure delivery against set targets
• Work with people across markets to address client briefs and build strategic responses
• Conduct periodic conversations with vendors to build "Test and Learn" initiatives
• Build proposals including budget allocation, weights, phasing, and site mix for media plans
• Stay on top of local market nuances and competitive insights
• Collaborate with Media and Brand teams to maintain a view of upcoming campaigns
• Build strong relationships with key clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3–5 years of media planning experience
• Proven experience delivering actionable strategies
• Strong storytelling skills in verbal and written form
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (vendors, media owners, brand teams)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to manage daily communication with global and local publishers
• Understanding of technology trends and their application to media solutions
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio preferred
