Manager, Compliance Advisory

Responsibilities

• Support Public Sector advisory engagements while managing and mentoring team members
• Lead advisory engagements across Public Sector frameworks including FedRAMP, CMMC, DISA Cloud SRG, and FISMA
• Review and develop compliance documentation and ensure quality through peer reviews
• Manage and mentor 2-3 team members, building a culture of accountability and excellence
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Partner with sales, quality management, and delivery teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
• Provide IT system security consultations for both cloud-based and on-premises environments

Requirements

• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, DISA Cloud SRG, and FISMA
• Experience in people leadership and managing direct reports
• Proven ability in project delivery and client engagement
• Expertise in developing compliance-related reports and documentation
• Ability to manage project margins and utilization targets
