About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, governance, and continuous improvement of company-wide job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks
  • Maintain and analyze salary structures using external market data, internal equity analysis, and benchmarking insights
  • Conduct annual compensation structure reviews and build models to recommend salary range adjustments and pay practice improvements
  • Perform internal and external compensation benchmarking to support competitive pay positioning and talent retention
  • Develop people analytics reporting and dashboards related to workforce trends, compensation, and organizational design
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to support job evaluations, reorganization planning, and role design
  • Support the design and administration of merit planning guidelines and incentive plan performance analysis
  • Provide compensation consultation for promotions, new roles, reorganizations, and market adjustments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, people analytics, total rewards, job architecture, or HR strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • Proven experience supporting job architecture, job leveling, and salary structure development
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, market pricing, pay equity analysis, and merit planning
  • Proficiency with HRIS, compensation platforms, survey market data tools, and advanced Excel modeling
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence leadership
  • Knowledge of compensation compliance, internal equity principles, and pay transparency trends
