About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies across clinics and markets
  • Build and manage partnerships with shelters, rescues, local businesses, and apartment communities
  • Plan and execute local events, pop-ups, and community activations to drive awareness and member acquisition
  • Manage event logistics, materials, and on-site execution
  • Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors for event staffing
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact
  • Track and report on the performance of community initiatives, including leads and ROI

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in community, partnerships, or brand marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing events or field teams
