Responsibilities
- Own and manage social content calendars and ensure timely publication across multiple platforms
- Engage with communities via comments while leveraging established brand tones and personalities
- Identify opportunities for brands to participate in trending cultural moments and conversations
- Monitor and categorize community sentiment to provide accurate insights to internal teams
- Identify high-quality User Generated Content (UGC) and reactive content opportunities
- Utilize AI tools to generate high-volume, on-brand response drafts and summarize comment themes
- Perform quality checks on content, including copy, visuals, hashtags, and metadata
- Manage daily workloads and deadlines independently to prioritize tasks based on client needs
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience managing social communities for professional brands or agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Deep understanding of the technical and cultural nuances of TikTok, X, and Instagram
- Experience with industry-standard tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different brand personas
- Strong organizational skills and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
