Manager Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies for corporate announcements, financial results, and product launches.
• Oversee high-quality communications across internal, external, executive, and digital channels.
• Act as a strategic communications adviser to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Draft executive speeches, media messaging, briefing documents, and thought leadership content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international media to enhance corporate reputation.
• Lead communications planning for complex, high-profile, and cross-functional projects.
• Support crisis and issues management by developing holding statements and media responses during operational disruptions.
• Measure communications effectiveness and identify opportunities for strategic improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or a communications agency.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven experience in media relations, executive communications, and digital content development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide strategic advice across a business.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to support operational requirements outside normal working hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industries.
