Manager, Communications Design

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated media team in the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel media strategies
• Use data and analytics to drive strategic media planning and decision-making
• Collaborate across craft teams and external partners to build insightful, data-rich presentations
• Oversee centralized Budget Management efforts ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Deliver clear performance reports and competitive analysis using compelling narratives
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Requirements

• Experience in Media Planning, Audience Insights, Analytics, Strategy, or Communications
• Proficiency in media planning skills sufficient to teach junior team members
• Ability to delegate, develop, and oversee direct reports
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and ability to work proactively with limited guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience in managing or developing staff
• Category or audience-specific experience
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Proven problem-solving ability
• Ability to organize data and develop compelling graphs
• Skill in deriving insights from data to craft simple and complex narratives
