Manager – Commodity Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization program workstreams for clients in downstream oil & gas and commodity-intensive industries.
• Manage day-to-day delivery teams, project plans, and client stakeholders to execute commercial and operational optimization initiatives.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to align work with business objectives and support the development of value cases.
• Contribute to demand generation, pipeline development, and the refinement of solution materials and sales assets.
• Coach junior team members and help build internal capabilities in commercial and operational optimization offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in value chain, operations, supply chain management, or consulting with optimization program delivery.
• Experience in trading and value chain optimization within downstream oil & gas (refining, shipping, storage, marketing, or commodity trading).
• Experience designing and executing commercial or operational optimization programs, processes, or platforms.
• Experience defining key performance indicators to measure margin or operational performance.
• Ability to travel 75%, on average, based on client needs.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting or advisory role within a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience building financial models to quantify value and benefits.
• Experience using operations research, data science, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence in optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through process, system, or operating model changes.
