Manager - Commercial Valuation and Advisory

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial valuation instructions accurately and in line with RICS standards
• Prepare clear, well-structured valuation reports with limited supervision
• Conduct site inspections and apply appropriate valuation methodologies
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of GCC property markets and legislation
• Respond professionally to client enquiries and support relationship development
• Support junior team members through guidance and quality checking
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and comply with RICS CPD requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a RICS-accredited discipline
• 4-6 years of commercial valuation experience
• RICS qualification (MRICS preferred) or RICS Registered Valuer status
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise or Estate Master
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Valid driving license for site inspections
• Strong analytical capability and report writing skills
