Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp a high-performing team of Commercial AEs
  • Provide ongoing coaching, 1:1s, and deal strategy sessions
  • Engage directly with technical buyers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Join calls, participate in product demos, and co-create sales motions
  • Partner with team to generate pipeline and close business across the commercial segment
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Solution Engineers
  • Track performance against goals and forecast accurately

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years managing Account Executives
  • Experience running a commercial or mid-market AE motion
  • Proven track record of hiring and coaching high-performing teams
  • Ability to lead conversations about AI, data, and technical products
  • History of closing six-figure SaaS deals
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling developer tools, AI/ML products, or technical platforms
  • Experience building a commercial sales motion from scratch
  • Strong cross-functional instincts with Customer Success and post-sale teams
