About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and engage a team of exceptional Commercial Account Executives
- Instill sound pipeline generation practices to drive meetings and quality conversions
- Identify, qualify, and hire a team aligned with the company vision
- Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets
- Oversee day-to-day AE activity while setting clear expectations and managing performance goals
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Provide thoughtful feedback to develop team members
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a direct sales leader or manager at a technology company
- 2+ years experience as an Account Executive in Commercial or Mid-Market segments
- Proven experience recruiting and developing top talent
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets both individually and as a leader
- Skilled in coaching through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Experience using Salesforce for accurate forecasting
- Ability to function in a "Player/Coach" capacity
- Bachelor's degree preferred
