About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and engage a team of exceptional Commercial Account Executives
  • Instill sound pipeline generation practices to drive meetings and quality conversions
  • Identify, qualify, and hire a team aligned with the company vision
  • Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets
  • Oversee day-to-day AE activity while setting clear expectations and managing performance goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to develop team members

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a direct sales leader or manager at a technology company
  • 2+ years experience as an Account Executive in Commercial or Mid-Market segments
  • Proven experience recruiting and developing top talent
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets both individually and as a leader
  • Skilled in coaching through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Experience using Salesforce for accurate forecasting
  • Ability to function in a "Player/Coach" capacity
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
