About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, recruit, and engage a team of exceptional Commercial Account Executives
- Instill sound pipeline generation practices to drive meetings and quality conversions
- Identify, qualify, and hire talent aligned with the company vision and mission
- Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets
- Oversee day-to-day AE activity while setting clear expectations and managing performance
- Coach team members through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a direct sales leader or manager at a technology company
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the Commercial or Mid-Market segment
- Proven track record of recruiting and developing top sales talent
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets both individually and as a team leader
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for accurate sales forecasting
- Experience coaching through the full sales cycle
- Ability to function effectively in a "Player/Coach" capacity
- Bachelor's degree preferred
