Manager - Commercial Pricing

Responsibilities

• Manage deal pricing support for the US Field Sales organization, including new business, renewals, and complex deals
• Act as a strategic pricing advisor and co-pilot to sales managers and directors to secure profitable deals
• Participate in deal triage calls to assess pricing, risk, competitiveness, and profitability
• Apply and enforce pricing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks consistently
• Analyze deal economics, portfolio price waterfalls, and product mix impacts to identify yield enhancement opportunities
• Partner with US Field Sales and Commercial leadership to negotiate and defend pricing recommendations
• Lead, coach, and develop pricing analysts to build commercial acumen and high-performance culture
• Flex working hours as required to support US-based stakeholders and meetings

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum of 12 years of overall professional work experience
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial pricing, specifically in deal pricing and sales support
• Proven experience working with regional or global stakeholders, particularly US-based teams
• Strong expertise in strategic pricing, discount governance, and approval frameworks
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior sales leadership
• Experience in B2B logistics, supply chain, or transportation is preferred
