Manager Commercial Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide disciplinary leadership and continuous development for the Shared Service team in Eschborn
• Analyze, harmonize, and optimize processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely and accurate creation of quotes and processing of tenders
• Manage customer contracts, bonus agreements, and SAP-based processes
• Act as a key interface between Sales, Service, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
• Drive digitalization and implement innovative tools, including AI-supported process optimization and automation
• Oversee Shared Service data management within SAP and improve system utilization
• Coordinate cross-divisional topics, particularly regarding purchasing groups
• Manage facility management topics at the Eschborn location and support internal/external audits

Requirements

• Degree in business, economics, or a related field, or a commercial vocational training with a focus on process management
• At least 8 years of experience in Shared Service functions and/or distribution
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with high levels of initiative
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Fluency in both German and English
• Experience in process optimization and implementing new digital workflows
