Manager - Commercial Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leaders to drive business performance and deliver on volume, net sales value, and pricing targets
• Manage trade spend investments by driving a pre- and post-measurement and evaluation (M&E) mindset for BTL and TTL spends
• Develop independent financial analyses to provide actionable business insights and influence decision-making
• Optimize net revenue through effective trade spend management and pricing optimization strategies
• Support the business planning process by providing financial expertise and maintaining an effective control environment
• Drive productivity improvements in financial recording processes and reduce working capital/provisions

Requirements

• In-depth conceptual and practical finance knowledge within a commercial environment
• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Proven experience in trade spend management and investment optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus and communicate complex information
• Strong commercial insight and judgment to support strategic decision-making
