About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Sales and Marketing leadership team.
  • Ensure execution analytics are a central component of business reviews.
  • Derive trends, opportunities, and risks from market, CRM, and performance data.
  • Implement and manage international systems including Salesforce.com, Pitcher Platform, and Closed-Loop Marketing.
  • Manage local processes such as market analysis, reporting, incentive validation, and commercial onboarding.
  • Lead and implement CRM and Commercial Excellence projects within the DACH cluster.
  • Ensure high data quality in Salesforce regarding customer segments and sales data.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and standardization.
  • Conduct regular field rides to ensure the practical relevance of commercial solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce.com.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or willingness to obtain it within the first 2 months).
  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Excellence.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to prepare complex data clearly.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Experience in change management and the introduction of new tools or processes.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
