About the Company

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the Commercial CSM activation strategy to drive customers from closed-won to successful launch
  • Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, spend gaps, and product adoption stalls
  • Build dashboards and run metric reviews to turn insights into coaching and operating changes
  • Develop tiering and prioritization frameworks for 1:1 engagement vs. digital touch motions
  • Partner with AEs, AMs, Product, and FinOps to align on customer handoff and expansion
  • Improve team efficiency through automation, lifecycle communications, and AI initiatives
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of ~6–8 Commercial CSMs
  • Drive performance against TPV, customer penetration, and CSAT targets

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer success, implementation, revenue operations, or strategy within high-growth B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams
  • Proven success coaching teams through high-volume customer activation or onboarding
  • Strong analytical skills to turn customer data and spend trends into operational insights
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer-facing or quota-carrying experience
  • Experience in onboarding or activation for finance, payments, or procurement SaaS
  • Experience building playbooks or AI-assisted workflows for high-volume CS teams
