Manager, Commercial Business Unit

Responsibilities

• Select, supervise, coach, and develop a qualified team through effective performance management and succession planning.
• Establish business unit and individual goals in alignment with site objectives and customer requirements.
• Manage business unit financial performance, ensuring expenses meet approved budgets while achieving project objectives.
• Perform workload analysis to manage headcount and ensure delivery on customer and business commitments.
• Facilitate daily team performance meetings to build a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Manage team performance metrics and customer scorecards.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer Quarterly Business Reviews in collaboration with Commercial Project Managers.
• Ensure strict adherence to all PCI and cGMP policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 5 years of related experience and training.
• 2-3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to perform complex tasks across various programs.
• High reasoning capabilities with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions, mathematical data, or diagrams.
