Manager Clinical Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational support partner for Development Supply Chain Leads (DSCLs) to execute end-to-end clinical supply activities.
• Manage SAP workflow execution, including material creation, SKU lifecycle management, and process work order (PWO) conversions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for devices, packaging, and GMP bulk drug products.
• Establish and maintain structured intake, triage, and tracking processes for clinical supply requests to improve transparency and execution.
• Manage documentation workflows, including temperature excursion support forms in Veeva Vault and shipment requirement updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Global Distribution, and Quality to ensure supply readiness and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, utilizing metrics and dashboards to improve visibility into workload and cycle times.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or material management within a regulated biopharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, specifically regarding material master data and SKU management.
• Strong operational execution skills with a focus on request triage, prioritization, and documentation discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with global cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting New Product Introductions (NPI), drug products, or device/packaging lifecycle workflows.
• Working knowledge of GxP, GMP/GDP, and regulatory documentation practices (e.g., deviation, change control, CAPA).
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment and manage competing timelines without direct authority.
• Experience using data analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools to drive process improvements.
• Relevant supply chain certifications such as APICS, ISM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
