Manager, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team to ensure successful performance and delivery of clinical project deliverables on time and with high quality
• Manage and resource client projects with suitably developed professionals and focus on staff retention and development
• Monitor project performance through close interaction with project and functional leadership
• Provide technical support, training, and mentoring to direct reports to ensure they meet productivity and quality metrics
• Participate in project bids and client presentations to support new business development
• Ensure compliance with ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and regulatory agency requirements
• Maintain accurate resourcing plans and oversee staff assignments and quality control

Requirements

• Substantial experience in clinical monitoring or data management
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the clinical trials environment
• Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop direct reports
• Competency in the local language and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline
• Relevant nursing qualification or equivalent clinical experience
