Manager, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team to ensure successful performance and delivery of clinical project deliverables on time and with high quality
• Manage and oversee team activities including staff assignments, resourcing, quality control, and efficiency
• Provide technical support, training, and mentoring to direct reports to meet departmental and project productivity metrics
• Monitor project performance through close interaction with project and functional leadership
• Facilitate metrics collection and develop action plans to keep projects on time and within budget
• Participate in project bids, client presentations, and business development efforts as required
• Ensure compliance with ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, Regulatory Agency requirements, and company SOPs

Requirements

• Substantial experience in clinical monitoring or data management
• Strong knowledge of the clinical trials environment
• Degree in biological science, pharmacy, or a related health discipline (or equivalent nursing qualification)
• Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop direct reports
• Competency in the local language and written English
