About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Client Strategists supporting key client and agency partners
- Act as a cross-functional partner within the Ad Sales organization to drive revenue growth
- Develop brand-specific solutions and creative strategies to unlock ad dollars
- Partner with product teams to foster innovation based on market feedback
- Streamline pre-sale workflows in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Present custom solutions and programs to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Ad Measurement and Account Management to develop learning agendas
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant CTV experience as a marketer or brand strategist
- Expertise in ad tech and media
- Deep understanding of streaming, TV, digital, social, and programmatic advertising
- Proven experience leading and developing professional teams
- Experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems and build processes
- College degree or equivalent
