About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct coaching and mentorship to Account Managers regarding skill development and career growth
- Conduct regular 1:1s to provide feedback and set individual goals
- Train team members on client relationship management and campaign strategy
- Partner with Account Managers to serve as a key point of contact for Media & Entertainment clients
- Support the execution of performance advertising solutions to meet client KPIs
- Drive incremental revenue, upselling opportunities, and revenue retention
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of account management and resource allocation
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in advertising media account management
- Background working with Media & Entertainment or Theatrical clients
- Experience in managed service type transactions
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges) is a plus
- Proven track record of coaching and developing Account Managers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
