Manager, Client Services GFS

Responsibilities

• Manage overall team workload, set objectives, and track performance against goals.
• Ensure client service levels are maintained through timely and accurate delivery of reports and information.
• Monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and attend internal and external operational meetings.
• Cultivate working relationships with Relationship Managers and Service Delivery Managers to meet client needs.
• Act as the primary client contact for day-to-day queries and issue resolution.
• Identify and address service issues and provide technical expertise for new or complex products and services.
• Provide management reporting on transaction volumes, productivity, and service impact.
• Maintain risk management and compliance programs for the assigned group.

Requirements

• College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services.
• Proficiency with trust systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to motivate team members.
