About the role
Responsibilities
- Input and review money movement transactions within Wealthscape and Charles Schwab
- Manage day-to-day execution of operations tasks, including account opening paperwork and maintenance
- Open Taxable, Retirement, Trust, and Business accounts within Fidelity and Charles Schwab
- Serve as a liaison between Wealth Teams and custodians to resolve issues
- Delegate tasks and assist with team workloads to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
- Manage quarterly projects, maintain internal spreadsheets, and oversee daily task completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in financial business operations
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Fidelity (Wealthscape) and Charles Schwab platforms
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
