Manager, Client Operations/Project Management

Responsibilities

• Optimize and steward foundational workstreams across Media and Business Operations
• Develop and maintain processes to support critical client deliverables and ensure cross-functional compliance
• Identify and develop process enhancements for budget management, data cleanliness, and tool maintenance
• Enforce process and timeline compliance using tools like Asana and Team Rally
• Ensure data cleanliness in Planning and MediaOcean systems through QA and standardization
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, establishing timelines and coordinating resources
• Lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle from planning to execution
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Create project status reports, dashboards, and communication materials for stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years of media experience
• Experience with Planning Tools and Media Ocean
• Proven project management experience in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Asana and Smartsheet
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with buying tools such as MBOX or Prisma
