Manager, Client Implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Implementation Specialists and Operations Associates
• Implement Arch for large enterprise clients by coordinating with internal and client stakeholders
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization
• Build and manage project plans to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Champion the client's voice and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Institutionalize learnings by updating policies, procedures, and playbooks
• Support periodic evening and weekend work to meet client SLAs

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of people management experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management or software implementation
• Leadership mindset with an appetite to shape outcomes in a growing company
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
• Experience in high-volume or high-growth environments
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the alternative investment ecosystem (private equity, hedge funds, etc.)
• Background in private banking or investment management
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting data
