About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, zoom, and in-person meetings
  • Support the Client Advisory team in communicating and implementing investment strategies
  • Prepare client documentation including letters of instruction, account applications, and fund subscription documents
  • Act as an information provider to accountants, banks, and investment managers
  • Support the quarterly reporting process by reconciling and reviewing client reports
  • Mentor Associates and Senior Associates on operational matters such as reporting and account transfers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 4–7+ years of experience in the financial management industry
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Basic understanding of investments including mutual funds, SMAs, and alternatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP certification
  • Experience speaking with clients regarding money movement and account operations
