Responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing DCO clearing/treasury environment and identify what needs to be built, improved, or replaced to support scale
- Own clearing/treasury-related SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, and internal documentation
- Partner daily with Control Desk, Clearinghouse, DCM, DCO, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering, the ISV team, and CX
- Serve as the operational thought leader for client-facing process quality
- Support treasury management, cash movement, reconciliation, settlement, and liquidity workflows
- Define and operate within SLAs
- Identify operational gaps, control weaknesses, and tooling deficiencies
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build and improve clearing/treasury tools and dashboards
- Support issue triage and resolution across clearing, settlement, treasury, and exchange operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial markets operations with depth across clearing, settlement, and treasury
- Hands-on experience with treasury management, liquidity operations, cash movement, and reconciliation workflows
- Strong working knowledge of clearing and treasury workflows, trade lifecycle, and operational controls
- Experience operating in regulated financial services environments
- Ability to independently create SOPs, process maps, and runbooks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across business, compliance, finance, and technical teams
- Prior experience at an FCM, clearinghouse, exchange, broker-dealer, or regulated fintech
- Self-starter mentality and ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with futures, options, swaps, derivatives, or other exchange-traded products
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to build operational tooling or internal controls infrastructure
