Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager, filling in for all functions in their absence
• Support restaurant operations, including food and labor cost management, budgeting, and sales building
• Oversee team member performance, training, and professional development
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage preparation, storage, inventory, and presentation
• Maintain compliance with safe food handling procedures and local health standards
• Manage restaurant equipment maintenance and vendor invoices
• Lead shifts by following operational systems and performing quality line checks
• Assist the GM with personnel decisions, including hiring, promotions, and training

Requirements

• Dependable team player with strong multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and vendors
• Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70lbs up to 20 times per shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, damp, and hot environment
• Proficiency in using kitchen machinery and sharp utensils
