Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager, filling in for all functions in their absence
• Support restaurant operations, including food and labor cost management, budgeting, and sales building
• Oversee team member performance, training, and professional development
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage preparation, storage, and presentation
• Maintain compliance with safe food handling procedures and local health standards
• Manage vendor invoices, food ordering systems, and cash/POS accuracy
• Lead by example through active mentorship of Shift Leaders and hourly team members
• Perform various floor duties such as serving, expo, or line cooking when necessary

Requirements

• Dependable team player with strong multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and vendors
• Ability to stand and walk for the full duration of a shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70lbs up to 20 times per shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, damp, and hot kitchen environment
• Proficiency in using kitchen machinery and sharp utensils
