Manager Chemical Admixture Plant

Responsibilities

• Manage the production and distribution of chemical admixtures, including inventory and raw material ordering
• Oversee incoming shipments and schedule product transfers between warehouses and ready-mix plants
• Manage staff to optimize production, minimize overtime, and achieve operational goals
• Supervise the hourly workforce, including hiring, directing, counseling, and disciplining as necessary
• Ensure strict compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and local regulations, as well as company safety standards
• Maintain operational compliance with zoning and related permits
• Track and maintain operational costs and understand basic financial reporting
• Ensure facilities maintain high housekeeping, environmental, and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Logistics
• 3 years of management experience in a production environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
• Bilingual skills
