Manager Chantier Travaux

Responsibilities

• Direct the execution of repair and renovation activities on a defined elevator park to honor contracts and ensure service quality.
• Supervise a team of 5 technicians in their daily activities, including work execution, client assistance, and subcontractor management.
• Ensure strict adherence to company standards regarding Quality, Ethics, and Safety.
• Conduct field safety audits, site inspections, and develop site-specific safety and logistics plans.
• Manage financial performance objectives for contracts and coordinate material orders and deliveries.
• Provide on-site training to maintain a high-quality working environment and ensure compliance with labor codes.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the elevator sector.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a team toward set objectives.
• A safety-oriented mindset with a commitment to professional ethics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
