About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and EBITDA budgets while developing new business opportunities.
- Maintain Alphagary's market presence and growth in domestic and export markets.
- Manage the local branch office and warehouse operations in Guadalajara.
- Maintain an active pipeline of business opportunities and monitor competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide market intelligence, including SWOT analysis and market share studies, to support strategic planning.
- Manage relationships between customers and internal departments such as collections, logistics, and customer service.
- Oversee the warehouse team to ensure steady operations and manage inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience specifically within the PVC market.
- Strong knowledge of plastics, particularly PVC and its additives and applications.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Native Spanish fluency and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
