Manager, Central Operations

About the Company

Kinetic Automation is pioneering effortless modern vehicle repair. Kinetic uses proprietary AI and autonomous robotics technology to automate vehicle maintenance and simplify repair administration for collision shops, dealerships, and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer fulfillment lifecycle including registration, onboarding, and invoicing
• Audit customer-generated billing to confirm accuracy and compliance
• Administer and validate customer discounting and contracted pricing
• Serve as the primary escalation point for B2B customer support issues
• Build, document, and improve standard operating procedures and SLAs
• Manage, coach, and develop the Central Operations team
• Track and report team KPIs such as onboarding cycle time and invoicing accuracy
• Identify and implement tooling and automation to increase team capacity
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Hub Operations to improve customer experience

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, B2B customer success, or fulfillment
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience owning billing, invoicing, or order-to-cash workflows
• Strong process orientation and ability to document workflows
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other systems like HubSpot, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive, collision repair, or insurance-carrier operations experience
• Familiarity with SQL or data tooling
• Exposure to insurance carrier partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
