Manager - Category Management - F&B

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of the assigned F&B concession portfolio to drive sales, service standards, and revenue outcomes across DXB and DWC.
• Apply concessionaire engagement frameworks and performance expectations to ensure effective day-to-day partner management.
• Use data and operational insights to identify risks and improvement opportunities, ensuring action plans are progressed and tracked in partnership with the Concession Revenue team.
• Coordinate the delivery of initiatives impacting F&B commercial operations, ensuring alignment with policy, governance, and operational requirements.
• Monitor market, passenger, and operator trends to support category initiatives and enhance overall portfolio performance.
• Provide operational input and performance insight to support future F&B commercial planning and concession projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in F&B, Retail, Business, Management, or Commerce.
• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Revenue Management, or Concession Management within a commercial environment.
• Proven experience working in airports, high-footfall retail, or large mall settings.
• Strong ability to analyze sales, service, and operational KPIs at both store and portfolio levels.
• Experience in structured reporting and performance tracking, including the use of dashboards to support decision-making.
• Deep understanding of F&B performance drivers such as footfall, passenger demand, and location dynamics.
