Manager, Category Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute financial planning and performance management processes, including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract forecasting.
• Own data collection and verify data integrity to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Support senior leadership in preparing critical financial data and insights to enable strategic business decisions.
• Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment within your scope of responsibility.
• Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement of ways of working.
• Contribute to the development of the local FP&A talent pipeline and support the growth of finance peers.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in financial planning, performance management, and data structuring.
• Proven ability to analyze and report on financial KPIs, investment decisions, and cost management.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and local market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across a large organization.
• A growth and digital mindset with the ability to leverage technology to improve operational effectiveness.
• High level of integrity and sound judgment in all professional interactions.
