Manager Cargo Revenue Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts managing a regional portfolio of routes
• Optimize cargo revenue by maximizing freighter, belly, and RFS utilization
• Monitor portfolio KPIs such as Load Factor (LF) and Sellable Cargo Capacity (SCB) to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee capacity utilization, allocation strategy, demand steering, and disruption recovery
• Collaborate with Pricing, Network Planning, and Operations to align RM strategies with market dynamics and capacity changes
• Drive the rollout and adoption of new Revenue Management systems, providing feedback for UX and workflow optimization
• Serve as the primary escalation point for performance issues and capacity conflicts
• Support strategic initiatives including seasonal planning and process improvements

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or another numerate discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the airline industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex revenue portfolios

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience specifically in Cargo Revenue Management
• Proven experience in Inventory or Revenue Management within an aviation context
