Manager Cargo Revenue Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts managing a regional portfolio of routes
• Optimize cargo portfolios to maximize freighter, belly, and RFS utilization
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, including Load Factor and Sellable Cargo Capacity (SCB), to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee capacity utilization, allocation strategy, demand steering, and disruption recovery
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Pricing, Operations, and Commercial teams to align revenue strategies with business goals
• Review and validate Entry Conditions with analysts and monitor booking trends post-launch
• Lead the rollout and adoption of new Revenue Management (RM) systems and workflows
• Support strategic initiatives such as seasonal planning and process improvements

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or another numerate discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the airline industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cargo Revenue Management or Inventory Management
