Manager Cargo Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of data-driven insights to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
• Manage a team of analysts and oversee analytics projects from end-to-end.
• Produce revenue budgets and related forecasting materials at agreed intervals.
• Act as Product Owner for IATA Cargo iQ and related quality standards, including the Delivered-As-Promised (DAP) indicator.
• Maintain Etihad Cargo’s IATA Cargo iQ certification and lead re-certification processes.
• Manage all cargo offsets to ensure accuracy and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Improve data integrity of operational data through active engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify high-value opportunities to productionize data and insights to drive business impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the airline or logistics industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Familiarity with predictive modelling, forecasting, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
