About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and develop new capital markets and investment sales opportunities
- Meet target investors, developers, and clients to identify potential investment opportunities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, developers, and related government authorities
- Assist clients with due diligence and finance structure design
- Conduct marketing research and analyze market trends for benchmarking
- Implement Colliers’ strategies for major investment properties in Shanghai and East China
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or property-related investment
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a proven track record
- In-depth understanding of the Shanghai business environment
- University degree in Real Estate Management, Economics, Statistics, Urban Planning, or Valuation preferred
