Manager, Capital Markets and Treasury

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily analysis of domestic bank balances and manage liquidity needs
• Construct and maintain cash flow forecasts (13-, 26-, and 52-week models)
• Drive forecasting of NTM balance sheet and cash flow statements
• Define, track, and report key KPIs including DPOs and DSOs
• Lead strategy and governance of credit risk modeling infrastructure
• Execute and present quarterly credit portfolio reviews
• Lead preparation of covenant compliance and lender reporting
• Assist with capital structure initiatives including debt and equity raises
• Support scenario planning and business case modeling for M&A and restructuring

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years in finance
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity in risk management or credit risk
• Thorough knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and credit risk
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CapIQ, Workday, and Adaptive
• Strong understanding of treasury processes, macroeconomics, and financial markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restructuring consulting, leveraged finance, or corporate treasury
