About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and integrate software applications under the direction of a Senior Manager.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor, coordinating the efforts of lower-level team members.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements to design and develop computer systems and technical blueprints.
- Manage software-specific design, testing, deployment, release management, and functional application management.
- Define systems strategy, develop requirements, and determine the feasibility of software designs within time and cost constraints.
- Perform impact analysis, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure optimal application performance.
- Monitor application performance, identify technical issues, and coordinate with support teams to resolve incidents.
- Create data models, workflow designs, and integration approaches while developing monthly reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Technology, Business, or a related field with 2 years of IT experience.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the above-stated fields with 5 years of progressively responsible IT experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in at least 4 specific technology categories (e.g., Programming Languages, Databases, Cloud Services, DevOps, etc.), with at least 2 tools coming from a single category.
