About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to execute end-to-end campus recruitment processes across multiple business units.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to support brand engagement and hiring goals.
  • Partner with Recruitment Marketing to develop innovative campus engagement and employer branding strategies across digital and in-person channels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to leadership on early careers recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive recruitment strategy, ensure data integrity, and measure the impact of talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement within campus operations and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading Talent Acquisition or HR teams.
  • Proven experience in Campus Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience utilizing modern recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms.
  • Strong assessment and interviewing skills with a command of selection methodologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale initiatives and managing large teams.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
