About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to execute end-to-end campus recruitment processes across multiple business units.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to support brand engagement and hiring goals.
- Partner with Recruitment Marketing to develop innovative campus engagement and employer branding strategies across digital and in-person channels.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to leadership on early careers recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive recruitment strategy, ensure data integrity, and measure the impact of talent acquisition initiatives.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement within campus operations and onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading Talent Acquisition or HR teams.
- Proven experience in Campus Talent Acquisition.
- Experience utilizing modern recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Strong assessment and interviewing skills with a command of selection methodologies.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale initiatives and managing large teams.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
