Manager, Campaign Strategy and Optimization

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical insights and thought leadership to drive incremental revenue through optimized omni-channel marketing programs.
• Conduct optimization and trade-off analyses between various programs and communication channels.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and user-managed tables to support business reporting and customer contact analyses.
• Provide business and technical specifications for customer communication programs and channel enhancements.
• Create reports and presentations that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend solutions to generate business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a data and analytics role.
• Proficiency with statistical and data analysis tools such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or SAS Visual Studio.
• Experience working within both cloud and on-premise data environments.
• Undergraduate or Master's degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering).
• Proven experience in people management and talent development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Business Analytics, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Marketing and Business KPIs across physical and digital channels.
• Familiarity with programmatic marketing principles and associated technologies.
