Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and facilitate the integration of team members with mental or cognitive disabilities.
• Manage daily HR tasks, including scheduling, training, and skill development monitoring.
• Foster a positive and high-performing work environment through active team leadership.
• Oversee daily point-of-sale operations, including sales, accounting, and merchandising.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and uphold the Café Joyeux brand image.
• Supervise kitchen organization and food production in compliance with recipe standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and order processing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unite a diverse team.
• Deep commitment to inclusion and sensitivity toward people with disabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, kindness, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to act as a proactive problem-solver.
