Manager - Business Transformation

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs
• Translate business needs into clear Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and User Stories
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping to support project delivery
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirement clarity and alignment with business objectives
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test case review and defect triage
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix (RTM) and manage requirement changes through formal control processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirement gathering exposure
• Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Use Cases
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Domain knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA certification
