Manager Business Systems - Zafin Platform

Responsibilities

• Own the Zafin platform roadmap supporting Consumer, Business, and Commercial deposit products
• Partner with Deposit Pricing, Product, and Treasury teams to translate pricing strategies into system capabilities
• Lead platform configuration, administration, testing, support, and change management activities
• Oversee system upgrades, releases, and ongoing optimization efforts
• Establish and maintain governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of business systems professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Business Systems Management, or IT
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with the Zafin platform
• Experience supporting deposit pricing or offer management solutions
• Knowledge of consumer, business, and commercial banking products
• Experience working in Agile or product-based delivery environments
• Familiarity with core banking systems and related integrations
• PMP certification or related project management experience
